| Description: | Resource Entities that have arranged for redundant interconnection onto the ERCOT Transmission Grid, during the construction and interconnection phase, shall not be exposed to interruption of both interconnections at the same time, without the TSP arranging for station service and ERCOT taking on the responsibility of serving the Resource Entitys obligations. |
