| Description: | The Load Response to Instructions has always been a requirement from LaaRs, so this just adds it to the list. For reliability reasons, ERCOT feels the Load Resource Response to Instructions should be a Real Time signal telemetered from the QSE and not a calculation based on information provided in the Resource Plan. |
