| Description: | When an ESI ID changes meters and profile ID assignment when changing from a NIDR to IDR meter, the IDR data is likely to be unavailable for at least the Initial Settlement. Currently the IDR default profile would be used and is likely to be an over statement of the Load for the ESI ID. By scaling the IDR default profile based on the Load of the last NIDR readings would greatly reduce the variance. |
