| Description: | This is version 2 of the original PRR submitted on 9/10/2001. This revision is intended to allow for site-specific dispatch of resources & would not be mandatory for all resource owners. V2 redefines sections of the Protocols where change is necessary & requests a Normal timeline for implementation. This PRR was originally entitled, Change ERCOT Deployment Instructions to Settlement Meter Specific. Due to the emergence of split metering, netting behind meters, & other factors the reference to instructions to the settlement meter was dropped in favor of the more accurate description of aggregated site-specific dispatch of resources. |
