Current Texas SET Implementation Guides

The Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (SET) Guides provide details of information contained within the electronic transactions used in the competitive retail electric market in Texas.

This version of the Texas SET guides contains updates to retail transactions to support the following:

1. Mass Transition long-term automated solution,
2. New requirements and functionality to support POLR Rule – Project 31416,
3. Transactional solution, functionality, and processes to support Terms and Conditions – Project 29637,
4. Several miscellaneous change controls to clarify, correct, resolve problems, or enhance transaction functionality for Implementation Guides. 

It was implemented in June, 2007.
