Current Texas SET Implementation Guides

The Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (SET) Guides provide details of information contained within the electronic transactions used in the competitive retail electric market in Texas.

This version of the Texas SET guides contains updates to retail transactions to support the following:

  1. Removing examples from the Implementation Guides and creating separate Example Documents to allow for ease of updates outside of a Texas SET Implementation,
  2. Removing the SAC04 codes from the 810_02 and 810_03 and creating an external SAC04 Code Matrix to allow for ease of updates outside of a Texas SET Implementation,
  3. Several miscellaneous change controls to correct spelling and grammar, remove references to Drop to AREP, updates to reflect certain reject codes as ERCOT ONLY and update naming conventions to reflect Standard and Self-Selected Switches to be consistent with PUCT rules for Implementation Guides.  

It was implemented on November 30, 2010.
