Texas Reliability Entity (Texas RE) serves as ERCOT Compliance, as referenced in ERCOT Protocols, Operating Guides and the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), ยง25.503. Texas RE works to ensure the reliability of the bulk power system in the ERCOT region by monitoring and enforcing compliance with NERC Reliability Standards; and monitoring and reporting on compliance with the ERCOT Protocols.
