Replacement Reserve Service - Monthly Reports

The replacement reserve service (RPRS) monthly reports, provided in compliance with protocol sections 6.6.3.2.1 and 6.10.11, contain the following information:

• the units procured and binding transmission constraints for local congestion;
• overall capacity procured;
• the market clearing prices of capacity (MCPCs); and
• shadow prices for RPRS
