Balancing Energy Services Daily Reports

In this section, see daily reports on balancing energy services (BES) as measured by time interval and zone.

The reports compile the following information:

  • Market clearing price for energy (MCPE) results;
  • BES deployments including down balancing energy service (DBES) and up balancing energy service (UBES);
  • BES cost;
  • Trading hub prices, including the hub and bus averages;
  • Non-spinning reserve service (NSRS) deployed and percentage of BES deployed;
  • Scheduled constraint impact, shadow prices and congestion charges; and
  • Peaker net margin (PNM).

The reports also include daily price corrections by zone.
