Regulation Deployment, SCE and URC Data 2004 ARCHIVE
Find the monthly data related to the accuracy of resource planning by qualified scheduling entities (QSEs). The schedule control error (SCE) is the difference between a QSE's obligation to generate and its actual generation. The uninstructed resource charge (URC), which is a charge to the QSE, looks at uninstructed deviations from resource schedules and charges back some of or all of the payment for the uninstructed amount paid in resource imbalance. Deployments of regulation resources, which adjust output to keep load and supply balanced, are triggers that may activate URCs.
