Requirements for SET 4.0

·         Transactional AMS Indicator

o   Discuss possible solutions and determine which transactional solution will be presented to AMIT.

o   CRs, TDSPs, and ERCOT need to evaluate the solution options and provide feedback at the meeting.

·         Same Day Switch

o   Review PUCT input on whether Same Day Switches will be a requirement of SET 4.0 and develop requirements if needed.

·         Stacking Evaluation Window

o   AMIT Business Requirements 010 and 011 ask for the ability to cancel or date change Move-ins, Move-outs, and Switches until the Business Day prior to the transaction scheduled date.  Texas SET has asked whether this means that the Stacking Evaluation Window needs to change or if it can be left at 2 Business Days as to not impact Stacking Logic.
