  • Create LPGRR so that other folks can become aware of what direction we are headed with the interconnection agreement and to facilitate discussion. Incorporate the LPGRR language that was put together by the board and move this forward if needed

  • Double check what is happening when no IDR data exists for an ESIID that just switched to an Advanced Meter.  Monthly data may exist but no IDR data exists.  What happens in settlement?

  • Create the valid ID list.  Look up the buzz words from IDR to NIDR.  Better proxy day method for at least Residential customers.  We will have to add to the decision tree valid IDs that include WS IDR profiles.
