CCT Model Design

a.       Do we need the same topology for CRR auction and CCT?

b.       Should outages be considered in annual or monthly CCT?

c.       How hard is it to get outage information into the CCT tool? Does the input file flow from the CRR process or is there another process that integrates the NMMS info with the Outage Scheduler info?

d.       Activity flow chart of the timing of development of the model/case

e.       Verify that it will be possible to use the 12 monthly CRR models (w/o outages) for Annual CCT test.  (or figure out that this will not work)

What is the set of constraints (contingency / monitored element pair) associated with the existing CSCs and CREs?

How will generic constraints (voltage, stability limits, area import constraints) be modeled in the CCT? Does disaggregation work?

How will monthly on peak wind output be developed? Will this be developed for each wind location and turned into an “HSL” for the resource?

Discussion of ongoing process for controlling entity validation.
