PRR712, Local Congestion Replacement Reserve Payment Methodology.  On 5/4/07, TAC voted to remand PRR712 to PRS to consider the issue of profit potential in settlement of OOMC and other issues.

PRR716, NOIE Self-Provision of Emergency Interruptible Load Service.  On 5/4/07, the motion at TAC to recommend approval of PRR716 as revised failed.  PRR716 is deemed rejected by TAC.
