  • PRR553, Scheduling Trading Hubs. Remanded by TAC on 1/6/05 to PRS, to be remanded to WMS to further review its impacts and determine the necessity of implementing this PRR before the possible implementation of a nodal market. On 9/26/06, the submitter requested withdrawal of PRR553.
