  • PRR549, Regulation Control During Abnormal Frequency Events.  At its November 2004 meeting, PRS remanded the PRR to ROS.

  • PRR553, Scheduling Trading Hubs.  Remanded by TAC on 1/6/05 to PRS, to be remanded to WMS to further review its impacts and determine the necessity of implementing this PRR before the possible implementation of a nodal market.

  • PRR584, Extending Black Start Service Bid Timeline.  PRS remanded to BSTF on 4/21/05.

  • PRR647, Gross and Net MW/Mvar Data Reporting.  On 1/19/06, PRS voted unanimously to refer PRR647 to ROS for determination of ERCOT needs and identification of data already being reported to ERCOT by Market Participants.  On 3/23/06, PRS received an oral report of ROS? discussions regarding PRR647 and voted to forward additional instructions to ROS.

  • PRR652, Customer Information Repository.  On 4/21/06, PRS tabled PRR652 until the PUCT adopts a rule in Project No. 31416, Evaluation of Default Service for Residential Customers and Review of Rules Relating to the Price of Beat and Provider of Last Resort.

  • NPRR018, Separate LaaR and Generator MCPCs for RRS.  On 8/17/06, PRS referred NPRR018 to TPTF to review for completeness.
