Kevin Gresham is vice president of regulatory affairs and transmission for E.ON Climate & Renewables North America, LLC, (EC&R) and has more than 30 years of electric industry experience.  Mr. Gresham directs EC&R’s federal and state regulatory activities across the U.S. as well as the company’s transmission interconnection activities.  He also serves as a member of the Texas Renewable Energy Industries Association Board of Directors and the legislative and transmission committees of the American Wind Energy Association. 

Mr. Gresham previously served on the ERCOT Technical Advisory Committee and chaired the ERCOT Protocol Revision Subcommittee for nine years.  He has been active in ERCOT market development since the late 1990s including the design of the current ERCOT nodal market. 

Prior to joining EC&R, he was director of RTO policy for RRI Energy where he was involved in PJM, MISO, California and the West.  Mr. Gresham has an MBA from Houston Baptist University and a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Illinois State University.
